  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and transparent as possible, taking into consideration both your needs and our operational costs.

    Cancellations made more than 2 days before the check-in date:

    If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers currency exchange and banking fees, as well as any losses incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations.

    Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date:

    For cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date, no refunds will be provided.

    Additional Rules:

    1. No refunds for shortened hotel stay: If you have already started your hotel stay, you cannot shorten it and request a refund for the unused nights.

    1. Reservation changes within 2 days: If you need to make changes to your reservation within 2 days of your check-in date, we will review each case individually, keeping in mind the rules of our cancellation policy.

    1. Special deals cancellation policy: For special deals, if you cancel or change your reservation less than 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged the full reservation amount.

    Please note that all refund and change requests must be submitted in writing via email to (your email address). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to be completed.
