Join us on this amazing Amazon Trip on the region of the Acajatuba and Ariau Rivers, exploring the Amazon Jungle in different ways, by canoeing and trekking. With the explanation of the Native guides getting into the rainforest and learning more about the flora and fauna and also some survival skills in the Amazon Jungle.
After we pick you up in Manaus, our journey begins! We head to Ceasa Port, where we board a speedboat, with a first stop along the Rio Negro river to the meeting of the waters. The trip then continues for an hour and a half by car to Ubim Lake. From Ubim Lake, you’ll continue by speedboat on a 30-50 minute ride (depending on the level of the waters during the time of year of your visit). Arriving at the lodge, you will be welcomed with refreshments as your accommodations are prepared.
At noon lunch is served. Afterward, there is a little time to relax and prepare things for the day’s activities. At 02:30pm the group will depart by motorized canoe for piranha fishing, as well as birdwatching, and enjoying a wonderful sunset from the middle of the river. After returning to the lodge, dinner will be served at 7pm.
After dinner, you will depart again by motorized canoe to search for Cayman. Your guide, using only his bare hands, will capture a Cayman and you will have the chance to learn more about this most-feared reptile of the Amazonian rivers. There will be opportunities to get great photos of this beautiful creature. And after, it will be carefully released back into its habitat.
Breakfast is served at 7am. From 8:00am to 11:30am, we will trek through the jungle and your guide will explain the flora, fauna and medicinal plants found only in the Amazon. There is also a chance to observe spiders and other animals. At noon, it is back to the Lodge for lunch.
At 2:30pm the group will depart to visit an Indigenous community where you will attend a ritual celebration of dancing and singing. It is a great opportunity for photos and videos! Afterward, the group will return to the lodge arriving at 5:45 pm.
Breakfast is served at 07:00am. From 8am to 11am the group will explore local streams by boat looking out for wildlife. Afterward, the group will head to a floating house to visit the Fish farm of the Giant Pirarucu. You can feed them and feel how strong they are. Then you’ll have the opportunity to not only see, but swim with the dolphins, some of the most wonderful and legendary mammals of the Amazonian rivers. This is also a fantastic opportunity to get once-in-a-lifetime photos and videos! After your swim, it is back to the lodge for a midday meal.
At 03:00pm, we head out on a boat trip to the Ariau river to explore the region , enjoying some birdwatching, as well as spotting monkeys and other animals that are found here. During the dry season from September to April there is an opportunity to hike in the Vazea area. After, it’s back to the lodge for the night.
The day starts with breakfast at 07:00am. After breakfast, at 08:30 am, the group will leave by boat to explore the small channel (igarape) looking out for some wildlife and other creatures that can be found among the river and channel. This trip is done on a regional boat so that we can get through the channels. Then we head back to the Lodge for lunch.
At 03:30pm, the group will leave the lodge to camp overnight in the jungle, sleeping in hammocks with mosquito nets, where dinner will be prepared in the jungle on the fire.
Once the sun rises, the group will return to the lodge for breakfast which is served at 07:00am, after breakfast we will go and visit a local community and learn about their way of living in the jungle. There will be an opportunity to buy some handicrafts made in the community. Afterwards, we will return to the lodge for lunch.
At 2:30 PM, begin your journey back to Manaus with an arrival scheduled at 4:30 PM. Your tour will conclude at your hotel or the airport.

Cancellations made more than 15 days before the check-in date:
If you cancel your booking more than 15 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers currency exchange and banking fees, as well as any losses incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date:
For cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date, no refunds will be provided.
